What yo can expect

• Yo act as the strategic HR partner for the EVSBoard leadership team and serve as a trsted advisor on all people-relatedmatters.
• Yo lead the annal people planning cycle,inclding organizational design, workforce planning, capability management, andsccession planning.
• Yo challenge and shape bsiness strategy froma people perspective, proactively addressing capacity, capability, andretention risks.
• Yo drive and spport complex transformationinitiatives, inclding restrctrings, integrations, market expansions, andoperating model changes.
• Yo advise leaders on sensitive employeematters, inclding performance management, leadership transitions, andseparation processes.
• Yo own talent reviews and sccession planningfor critical roles and partner with stakeholders to advance the leadershipdevelopment agenda.
• Yo foster a high-performance cltre, coachleaders on effective people management, and spport Talent Acqisition withcompelling talent messaging.
• Yo optimize organizational effectiveness byshaping strctres, analyzing workforce metrics, and implementing targetedpeople initiatives.
• Yo lead and develop the HRBP team, drivingperformance, capability bilding, collaboration, and career development.
• Yo collaborate closely with TalentAcqisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Operations, andCenters of Excellence to deliver impactfl people soltions.

• Yo bring several years of experience as asenior HR Bsiness Partner or HR Director, ideally within an international andmatrix-organized company.
• Yo bring solid HR experience within the Tech and SaaS environment and have already played a key role in spporting organizational growth and scaling efforts.
• Yo have a proven track record of advisingBoard and C-level exectives and leading complex organizational transformationinitiatives.
• Yo possess strong expertise in workforceplanning, organizational design, talent management, and sccession planning.
• Yo have experience leading and developing HRBPteams across mltiple Eropean markets.
• Yo excel at commnication, stakeholdermanagement, and bilding trsted partnerships across all levels of theorganization.
• Yo combine strategic thinking with a strongcommercial mindset and a soltion-oriented approach.
• Yo are flent in English, with additionalEropean langage skills considered an advantage.
• Yo are willing to travel reglarly acrossErope.
• Yo have an interest in, or experience with,the market dynamics of the Energy and Vale-added Services sector.
