What yo can expect

• Yo are the central marketing point of contact for defined prodcts and prodct areas in the DACH region as well as in international markets.
• Yo are responsible for the marketing and positioning of yor prodcts throghot the entire cstomer jorney.
• Yo design and plan integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation.
• Yo develop and implement go-to-market strategies and manage national and international prodct lanches from planning throgh to sccessfl market introdction.
• Yo analyze cstomer needs and continosly define, prioritize, and frther develop relevant target grops, byer personas, and se cases.
• Yo translate prodct benefits and niqe selling propositions (SPs) into compelling, target adience-oriented marketing messages.
• Yo plan, manage, and optimize online and offline marketing activities and identify opportnities for cross-selling and pselling.
• Yo conceptalize, create, and manage prodct-related content, sch as webinars, email campaigns, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
• Yo ensre consistent prodct commnication and positioning across all relevant channels and markets.
• Yo work closely with prodct management, sales, corporate commnications, and other internal stakeholders.
• Yo monitor relevant prodct marketing KPIs and derive optimization measres from the reslts.
• Yo select external service providers and agencies, commission them, and coordinate their collaboration to ensre the sccessfl implementation of marketing activities.

What makes yo stand ot

• Yo have several years of relevant professional experience in prodct marketing or BB marketing, ideally in an international environment.
• Yo bring solid experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies as well as planning and spporting prodct lanches.
• Yo have a strong nderstanding of cstomer needs, target adiences, and cstomer jorneys, and can translate these into compelling SPs and marketing messages.
• Yo have experience in the conception, implementation, and optimization of target grop-specific marketing and commnication activities.
• Yo work in a data-driven and KPI-oriented manner and have a strong nderstanding of marketing performance and the continos optimization of marketing activities.
• Yo demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder management skills and have experience collaborating with prodct management, sales, and external partners.
• Yo are characterized by a high level of ownership, exection strength, and a strctred way of working in a dynamic environment.
• Yo are flent in both German and English.
