This role involves building and managing the Commercial Academy to support DKV Mobility’s mission of driving sustainable mobility. Responsibilities Build and manage the Commercial Academy. Qualifications Solid experience in strategic learning and capability steering as a performance lever. Proven experience in building and managing Commercial Academies and complex learning architectures. End‑to‑end ownership – from developing learning strategies to implementation. Hands‑on experience driving learning impact in a data‑driven way, including building and applying KPI frameworks. Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial transformation. Experience building and developing organizations and capabilities from scratch. Experience with modern learning technologies, digital learning formats, or AI‑based learning solutions. Strong leadership capabilities and experience building organizations in a dynamic, growing environment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level. Clear communication in complex, cross‑functional environments. Structured, conceptual, yet execution‑focused work style. Strong drive to actively shape and push topics forward.
