Responsibilities

  • Translate the Group’s strategy into clear, impactful, and measurable internal communications.

Create understanding, alignment, and engagement around strategic priorities across regions, countries, and business units.

  • Work closely with Strategy and HR to strengthen the values of our family‑owned business while ensuring internal events, communication formats, and platforms meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Develop and drive the Group‑wide internal communications strategy, defining clear objectives, initiatives, and KPIs aligned with OKRs while engaging and inspiring approximately 2,800 employees across countries and cultures.
  • Ensure consistent, frequent, and impactful communication throughout the company’s transformation journey.

Identify relevant success stories, highlight key strategic priorities, and drive integrated communication campaigns.

  • Ensure that the values, culture, and high standards of quality and compliance that define our family‑owned business are reflected in all internal communications.
  • Coordinate closely with business units and international sales organizations, helping them maximize the reach and impact of their communications while providing clear strategic context.
  • Develop communication concepts for change initiatives with HR and the Works Council, including stakeholder mapping, ambassador programs, and strategies to manage resistance to change.
  • Take ownership of the content, design, and user experience of internal platforms and events.

Shape onboarding activities, foster community engagement, and support leaders through communication toolkits and guidelines.

  • Leverage modern technologies, AI solutions, and data analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness, reach, and impact of internal communications.

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of experience in corporate communications with a strong strategic mindset.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, able to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, audience‑focused messages.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills; confident navigating complex stakeholder environments and building trust across all levels.
  • Resourceful, comfortable working across multiple communication channels, leveraging AI technologies to improve workflows and communication effectiveness.
  • Proven leadership and decision‑making capabilities with extensive experience supporting change initiatives throughout transformation.
  • Experience in complex B2B environments, ESG communications, arts and culture communications, and HR communications is a plus.
