Your mission
- Independent management of sales processes (identification of potential investments, underwriting, selection and management of external service providers (due diligence), contract negotiation and closing of the transaction)
- Internal and external reporting at asset and fund level
- Preparation of cash flow calculations and project calculations
- Addressing investors for our fund solutions (pension funds, foundations, banks, family offices and insurance companies)
- Developing and building long-term business relationships and maintaining existing clients
- Portfolio management at fund level (500m EUR equity fund volume)
- Direct communication with the management
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, real estate management or a comparable course of study.
- You have convincing professional experience (3-5 years) in transaction management, the real estate industry or in the area of capital investments/strategy consulting.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and are team- and performance-oriented.
- You are a strong communicator, have good negotiating skills, act in an entrepreneurial manner and have a confident manner.
- You have very good German, English & MS Office (especially Excel) skills.
- Terms such as IRR, CoC, NAV/GAV, leverage and total return are not foreign to you.
