Your Contribution to Success
- Qualifying and coordinating leads : You are the initial point of contact for prospective customers. Your excellent communication skills enable you to identify and qualify valuable leads, subsequently arranging appointments for our sales engineers. This guarantees that each interview is conducted to the highest possible standard.
- Maintenaning customer relations : Your role is pivotal in fostering long-term customer loyalty. By maintaining regular contact and open communication, you guarantee that our customers receive the highest standard of care. You enquire about the status of the offers, clarify any outstanding questions, and thus reinforce confidence in our software solutions.
- CRM as your tool : Our CRM system will be your best ally. You keep all customer information up to date at all times, ensure complete data maintenance and enable the entire sales team to work efficiently and maintain an overview.
- Success due to collaboration : You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads and enquiries are processed efficiently. Your work is vital to successfully guiding our customers through their decision-making process and optimizing the sales process.
