DM Civil is seeking a professional and motivated Supervisor to work at our client's site south of Waroona. You will be required to manage day-to-day site operations and lead crews across multiple Pipelines, Earthworks, Concrete Works, Sewer, Water and Irrigation projects.
The Supervisor has overall and ultimate responsibility for a single or multiple project sites and oversees the running of day-to-day activities of the project site/s. Working alongside the Project Manager and Project Engineer, they develop, improve and manage the safety, quality and productivity of the site and all employees and sub-contractors answer directly to the Supervisor.
About the role
- Supervise work teams in order to deliver complex construction activities in accordance with established project objectives.
- Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety requirements as well as Environmental requirements.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and programme to meet project deadlines
- Direct the allocation of site resources and monitor the effectiveness of the resources.
About you
- Minimum 5 years\' Supervisory experience in civil construction
- Experience in delivering water or wastewater infrastructure projects, including road construction and pipelines (steel and poly)
- Experience and competency across various pieces of mobile plant and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
