YOUR ROLE:
As part of the sales team, you will be responsible as a Senior Sales Manager for managing our clients in Germany and Austria.

The main tasks expected from you are:

1. Be the entry point of the client relationship.
2. Sell our products or services, negotiate contracts, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Develop creative solutions to convey the client’s brand message.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly and tap into new target groups.
5. Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients.
6. Collaborate and coordinate with different departments from our international teams.

YOU ARE:

1. A creative salesperson with 2-3 years of sales experience.
2. A star at translating client requirements into creative concepts that achieve set (marketing) goals.
3. Motivated to grow together with a team.
4. Assertive and very well organized – with an eye for important details.
5. Solution-oriented and have a good sense of client needs.
6. Goal-oriented.
7. Fluent in German and English.
8. Passionate and ambitious.
