We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who will support DNV in attracting and securing talented individuals to work for us. The TAS is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal & external candidates. You will have an opportunity to engage in projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
In your role you will:
- Provide a great candidate experience and great customer service to hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles, with a primary focus on supporting key recruitment processes in Germany and Austria
- Support line managers in developing recruitment & sourcing strategies and guide them through the overall recruitment process
- Actively seek and utilize unique sourcing tools to increase number of candidates in the pipeline and engage relevant stakeholders to increase the volume of referrals
- Provide updates on Market Insights, Intelligence and current labor market trends
- Work closely with Employer Branding to support & execute DNV strategy at career fairs and additional local events
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with candidates and hiring managers to understand their queries and respond to them in an effective manner
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Global Talent Acquisition Team to share ideas for the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including cooperation with the Gdynia Global Centre
- Be an ambassador for our mission and values, strengthen our employer brand, and inspire candidates to join

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, engineering and hard-to-fill individual contributor roles
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (HR, Communications, Marketing)
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process including pro-active sourcing
- Experience in passive candidate sourcing strategies: Hands-on experience with LI Recruiter, Database Searches and other Social Media
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Working knowledge of applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruitment Cloud knowledge will be an advantage)
- Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports and using analytics in your daily work with hiring managers
- Full fluency in both English and German Language required
