Visual Designer/in (m/w/d)

Opportunity to join our international Clearlight Saunas Family!

In the Health & Wellness Space Office located in Hamburg, Germany (or remotely within Germany), Full-time (36h per week)

Clearlight Saunas International empowers modern health and wellness concepts for both residential and commercial customers all over Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

For more than 7 years we’ve been providing state-of-the-art infrared saunas and related health therapies in a unique way which is revolutionising the health and wellness industry.

With the goal of having Clearlight as a leading brand in the wellness industry, we wish to develop our brand and align it throughout our online and offline presence. For that reason, we are searching for an experienced commercial graphic designer for our in-house and marketing needs.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Creating landing pages, and improving usability and design on existing sites
• Creating designs from concept to realisation while keeping brand consistency
• Aligning brand guidelines across our various platforms and channels
• Updating and modifying existing product-related visual content
• Working closely with the web development team and a small team of junior designers
• Collaborating on visual assets with both the Sales and Marketing team

Key skills and attributes we are looking for:

• Education (or equal to in experience) in the field of design, media or visual communication
• 2+ years of work experience in design for web, print, and other graphic applications
• Experience working in a professional environment, and familiar with the responsibilities and duties of working amongst a team
• Native or fluent in either English, German or French (as the business language is English, C2 proficiency is required)
• You’re creative, intrinsically motivated, driven, and all about design and its implementations
• You’re experienced in design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma)
• You’re naturally well-organised and have a structured approach to task management
• UX copywriting skills and experience with illustration are a plus
• A keen interest in health and wellness is also beneficial

Please note: Applicants who have their own equipment is an added bonus but not a requirement.
