YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO As
International Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine (m/f/d)
you will work closely with our Italian team to shape and develop Italian cuisine across the DO & CO Group. Your main responsibilities: Culinary leadership and operational responsibility
at international catering events Working at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the
Paddock Club™ Ensuring the
highest quality
and
service standards Leading and coordinating international kitchen teams Development of menus and food concepts Qualifications
WHAT SETS YOU APART 6+ years of professional experience in luxury gastronomy
with a focus on
Italian cuisine Completed culinary training Flexibility and willingness to travel to
F1 races internationally Efficient and flexible working style Performance-driven mindset
and
strong team spirit Valid work permit for Austria Excellent English skills
(written and spoken); other languages are an advantage Additional Information
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT An exciting mix of international events and traditional restaurant operations The opportunity to be part of the

within the DO & CO Group Attractive above-market compensation, including travel expenses and allowances Daily complimentary freshly prepared lunch and fruit OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFE A gross monthly salary of €5,500 per month
on a full-time basis (All-In contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreement. Additional compensation for F1 event assignments. Must be willing to relocate to Vienna. A valid work permit for Austria is required.
