DEINE NEUE ROLLE
- Act as a key consultant for our internal teams, supporting stakeholders in their decision making, becoming their key contact person for data and analytics questions.
- Understand the business context and utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large and complex datasets, translating them into actionable recommendations to drive business growth and optimization.
- Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Design and optimize ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance our analytical capabilities.
DEINE ERFAHRUNG & PERSÖNLICHKEIT
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence.
- A degree in Analytics, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python.
- You have experience building and optimizing data pipelines, as well as applying data modeling techniques to design datasets for Business Intelligence systems.
- You recognize the importance of data quality and its implications.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- You excel in a collaborative environment, can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Snowflake.
- Data Engineering experience.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, ADH etc.
