Your Responsibilities
Are you interested in developing a digital document management system and ensuring the quality of applications? To strengthen our motivated team, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) responsible for software testing, increasing test automation, and ensuring efficient process control. Working within agile development processes and cross-functional teams, you will be actively involved in the development cycle.
- Create, enhance, and maintain automated and manual tests for our setup and deployment applications using modern tools and test infrastructures.
- Set up and configure QA environments that closely mirror production.
- Manage test data and configurations for consistent and repeatable testing.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot environment issues to ensure stability and availability.
- Evaluate and document test results.
- Manage CI/CD processes, design test strategies, and implement quality requirements in automated pipelines.
- Determine and monitor quality and performance indicators for our applications.
- Review tests and train team members on automated testing.
- Act as a quality gate for application changes.
What you need to succeed
- Professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) with solid knowledge of test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably C#, and/or web development, ideally with ASP.Net Core.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Services, Git, and cloud providers like Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
- Strong test case design skills that integrate well into automated test suites.
- ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus.
- Team-oriented, analytical, and independent working style.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are desirable.
