As a Consultant (m/f/d), you will support our sales partners and customers in analyzing existing processes and developing detailed solution concepts; in doing so, you will plan and execute projects while communicating with the project team and stakeholders. If you have a keen eye for excellent problem-solving and process optimization, and enjoy holistic consulting and solution development, we look forward to meeting you!

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing DocuWare solutions that meet customer and partner requirements and planning their implementation in collaboration with the Solution Engineer.
• Conducting on-site process analysis workshops with customers and preparing the associated documentation.
• Taking responsibility for the project - including coordination, resource planning, and project management - and serving as the central point of contact and project lead.
• Acting as the primary contact during the onboarding phase and serving as the key account manager for your existing customers.
• Preparing proposals and providing pre-sales and after-sales support.

What you need to succeed

You hold a university degree or have completed vocational training - ideally in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field - or possess relevant training with certified additional qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Ideally, you already have several years of experience in process optimization, project management, and/or client consulting. However, career changers are also welcome!

In addition, you bring excellent industry knowledge, with a particular focus on the requirements and challenges associated with document management.

Client interaction is a top priority for you. You are characterized by a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a high level of commitment.

A willingness to travel and very good proficiency in German and English round out your profile.
