Your Role
- Monitor and steer the local plants of your region, ensuring group guidelines and standard processes are followed.
- Lead regular meetings with local plants and group functions to steer performance and KPIs.
- Manage global warehouse costs and take appropriate steps when needed.
- Minimize logistics complaints due to warehousing through error proofing, continuous improvement, and monitoring inventory variances.
- Become a global EWM process owner and develop an EWM Key User community.
- Identify process and system gaps, and design and implement new solutions.
- Handle escalations and root cause analysis.
- Drive cost-saving activities and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Meet the budget and take actions for deviations in coordination with the manager.
Your Profile
- Degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in logistics, with profound SAP S/4HANA logistics knowledge, especially SAP EWM.
- Team player with a passion for optimizing logistics processes and managing local operations.
- Hands-on mentality, independent work style, solution-oriented, with analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills; English is required, German is a plus.
- Enjoy a friendly, informal atmosphere with flat hierarchies and short communication channels.
