- AI Governance Operations: Accelerating innovation through AI by living lightweight governance guardrails
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for registering and risk-assessing of AI use cases including stakeholder management (Leadership, AI Committee, Works Council, HR, Data Privacy and others).
- Prepare, review, document and approve AI risk assessments in collaboration with General Counsel
- Operationally own RRPS AI Registry
- Provide and maintain appropriate reporting regarding AI Governance Operations.
- Provide consulting and guidance on RRPS AI Governance topics.
- AI Literacy & Training: Promoting AI knowledge among employees
- Coordinate the development and implementation of AI literacy training measures in alignment with local stakeholders and RR plc.
- Review and adapt training content to ensure relevance and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of AI legislation (e.g., EU AI Act), AI Governance frameworks (tools, processes, standards such as ISO 42001), and AI technologies.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Several years of experience in Digital & IT, with proven expertise in AI Governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, AI, or a comparable field.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to make AI Governance accessible and supportive, avoiding bureaucratic barriers and promoting effective adoption.
