Responsible for achieving annual sales orders and revenue targets within the jurisdiction.
Responsible for building a local sales team from scratch, including recruiting, training, motivating, and managing local sales representatives.
Develop team sales strategies, allocate sales targets, and supervise their implementation to ensure the overall combat effectiveness of the team.
Personally lead the team to develop new customers and manage strategic customers, providing sales support and guidance to the team.
Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and provide localized product and market strategy recommendations to headquarters.
Work closely with channel managers to jointly develop local channel networks.
Regularly report team sales forecasts, performance progress, and market dynamics.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with an engineering background preferred.
More than 5 years of sales experience in energy storage or microgrid projects, with practical experience and successful cases in the field.
Having at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing local sales teams, demonstrating excellent team building and management skills.
Having a mature local customer relationship network is preferable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that can motivate and manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.
