Your focus will be on AI-generated video creation and quiz content , ensuring alignment with our corporate design and target audience . You\’ll work closely with our editorial and animation teams , continuously experimenting with AI tools to push the boundaries of content creation. What You\’ll Do:

• Create AI-powered content – Generate high-quality videos and quiz materials using cutting-edge AI tools.
• Prompt AI effectively – Craft precise prompts to ensure AI-generated content aligns with our brand, tone, and learning objectives.
• Understand & apply corporate design – Ensure all content is visually and structurally consistent with doinstruct\’s brand and audience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the editorial team and animation department to align content strategy and execution.
• Experiment & innovate – Continuously explore, test, and refine AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency.

Who You Are:

• AI-driven & creative – You are passionate about AI-generated content and eager to push the limits of AI capabilities .
• Structured & results-oriented – You thrive in fast-paced environments , handling multiple projects without losing focus.
• Open to feedback & iteration – You take constructive criticism well and refine your work to achieve the best results.
• A proactive problem solver – You explore new tools, test ideas, and find creative solutions to enhance content quality.
• Tech-savvy & skilled in AI tools – Experience with AI content creation platforms is essential; familiarity with Synthesia, Sora, Adobe Firefly, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of German – Our internal company language is English, but our content (and therefore your work) is created in German.
