We are seeking a Senior Director of FP&A / Treasury to join Endeavour’s Finance team, working directly for the Chief Financial Officer.
This role will architect and lead Endeavour’s Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Capital management capabilities , creating the financial operating system that enables informed decision-making, disciplined capital allocation and scalable global growth.
This is a highly cross‑functional position involving close collaboration with finance, accounting, operations, technical teams, and executive leadership.
This role will be critical in establishing a scalable financial planning architecture that connects commercial, operational and capital planning across the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
The Senior Director of FP&A / Treasurer needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can build processes from the ground up, and enjoys working both strategically and operationally.
The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self‑motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and can work well independently as well as with a team.
This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to
- Leadthe development of the company’s integrated financial planning and performance management frameworkthat will include establishing a rolling forecast discipline (monthly / quarterly)
- Develop driver-based forecasting models (project-level and entity-level) andbudgets, rolling them up into top‑level financial reporting.
- Over time create an integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow planninginfrastructure
- Partneracross Endeavourto developstand‑alonebudgets for eachoperatingentitythat will support the quarterly business review cadence
- Regularly collaborate with the CFO and Founderto provide updatesand secure approvalonactuals, budgets, forecasts, resource planning andliquidity matters.
- With the support ofthe controllership andaccountinggroupsdeterminethe allocation of intercompany chargebacks for centralized services(The parent company provides certain central services to all the sub entities).
- Implement KPI scorecards and management reportingto provide insightful analysis
- Design and document new financial processes, tools, and best practices for a scalable FP&A function.
- Serve as strategic partner on capital structure, liquidity strategy and financing initiatives (where applicable)
- Develop the company's treasury strategy, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support rapid growth while optimizing working capital, banking relationships and capital deployment.
- Continue to build outa real‑time cash flow model(14 week), integrating both contractual and projected data, with clear dashboards for Founder and CFOreview.
- Support capital allocation decisions by evaluating investment opportunities, funding requirements, expected returns and strategic priorities.
- Leadand developforeign exchange risk management strategies and support international treasury operations.
- Develop intercompany funding strategies and manage banking relationships
- Oversee banking relationships, treasury operations and cash management infrastructure supporting domestic and international operations.
- Partnerwith Controllership, Tax, Procurement, and Operations to improve financial processes andstrengthenbusiness insights.
- Partner in the implementationof Endeavour’s ERPand financial planning technologies to establish scalable reporting, forecasting and analytics capabilities.
- Support M&A integration activities, includingfinancial forecastingalignment and systems integration.
- Provide leadership in building scalable infrastructure to support international expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
- Contribute to the potential hiring and mentoring of future FP&A and Treasury team members as we look to build‑out the required support as business evolves.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant credentials strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
- Experience working in high‑growth companies, private equity, startups, or platforms with complex entity structures is a strong plus.

- Expert‑level Excel skills; familiarity with financial planning tools and business intelligence platforms.
