As
Digital Engineering & CAD/BIM Systems Manager(m/f/d),
you own the end‑to‑end CAD/BIM ecosystem and drive a connected, efficient, and future‑ready digital landscape from design to production across sites.
Lead and develop a CAD/BIM core team while coordinating a cross‑functional network of internal stakeholders and external partners with a lot of room for your personal growth and career progression
Own and evolve the multi‑CAD landscape (e.g. SolidWorks, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and the end‑to‑end design‑to‑production process, ensuring integration, interoperability, and robust PDM governance
Define, harmonize, and drive adoption of CAD/BIM standards, templates, and best practices across sites and functions, ensuring end‑to‑end integration
Drive digitalization, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions across the end‑to‑end design‑to‑production ecosystem, building on CAD/BIM and extending into data and document workflows, CAD-ERP integration, manufacturing, and jobsite processes
Drive continuous improvement of efficiency, quality, and overall process performance
Your Profile
Degree or technical background in Engineering, CAD, Construction, or similar
Several years of experience working in CAD/BIM, engineering, or technical design environments, including multi‑CAD systems (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Strong understanding of design‑to‑production workflows and system integration
Leadership experience or a willingness to develop such experience, as well as strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with jobsite and surveying technologies (e.g. 3D scanning, 360-degree capturing) is an advantage
Strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI‑driven solutions, with the ability to translate them into practical use cases
Fluent in German and English
