Dolpheen IT seeks a Test Manager to own the test strategy and planning for customer programmes. You will define quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and reporting to inform steering committees. You will coordinate test execution across functional, automation and performance work, and manage defects and UAT with business stakeholders. You will perform risk-based prioritisation and defend decisions when schedules shorten while staying close enough to technical work to ensure reports reflect reality.
