The backbone of Ami is built by our foundational lab that builds a social intelligence model that is optimized for social interaction, human behavior and interpersonal skills. /p /brpDomera Labs has secured large distribution agreements, a model co-development partnership with a leading AI lab, and ODM manufacturing proposals. We are looking for people who want to build at the intersection of human-machine interaction, mass-consumer facing hardware and shape frontier research with social/non-quantifiable benchmarking. /p /brh3Core Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliBuild, launch, and optimize campaigns across X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. /li /brliManage audience targeting, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth. /li /brliConduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations. /li /br /ul /brh3What we are looking for /h3 /brul /brliStrong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. /li /brliDeep hands-on expertise within paid social, with a focus on executional excellence. /li /brliThis is a founding-level position. You will work directly with the founders, shape the architecture from the ground up, and see your work in users' hands within months, not years. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. /li /brliExperience working in the tech, health, or consumer lifestyle sectors is a plus. /li /brliFluency in multiple languages is a plus but not required. /li /br /ul /brpWe consider candidates across experience levels and lean toward senior engineers who have worked directly with frontier AI systems.
