Role Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals and compliant with German labor law and global HR standards. Similar responsibilities for our smaller entities in Austria and Switzerland.
  • Support organizational development, foster a positive workplace culture, and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Lead the local HR team and support their continuous growth.
  • Advise leaders on all HR and employment law matters, providing hands‑on support across employee relations, payroll, compensation, and compliance.
  • Manage payroll execution and coordination with internal and external partners, ensuring accuracy and legal adherence.
  • Lead implementation of global HR programs in performance, learning, and rewards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration or related field or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience managing and developing a team (5 direct reports).
  • Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of German labor law.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to gain stakeholder buy‑in and support change.
  • Experience in an international setting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Trainer Certification: AdA schein (Ausbilderschein).
