They are supporting pro-democratic initiatives from small to large, from local to international in their efforts in campaigning, community building, strategy, messaging, and analytics.
The growing tech team is at the core of the strategy as they are building the future of video-based digital campaigning for platforms like TikTok.
We are seeking a highly skilled FullStack Engineer (m/f/d) to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, JavaScript, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services like GCP.
Tasks
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Build a Real-Time Analytics Dashboard to track campaign impact
- Develop an Automated Content Moderation System to ensure safe and constructive discourse
- Implement responsive frontend interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability
- Deploy and optimize applications on cloud platforms
- Utilize Docker for containerization and orchestration
- Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices
- Monitor and improve performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production
Requirements
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS, React.js, Next.js
- Strong knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; experience in GCP, GitLab, IT Security, and Linux
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Experience working in Agile development environments
