Your Tasks

1. Processing projects in the Combustion division and tracking deadlines for orders.
2. Customer support, correspondence and coordination of project meetings with the individual departments.
3. Independent design and development of technical solutions in the field of special machine construction.
4. Creation of 3D models, drawings and technical documentation, taking into account the relevant standards and guidelines.
5. Close collaboration with other specialist departments such as layout, boiler and pipework construction, mechanical engineering, quality assurance and project management.
6. Optimisation of existing designs with regard to functionality and manufacturability.
7. Supporting the creation of technical specifications and tenders.
8. Coordinating and monitoring external design service providers and suppliers during order processing, including installation and commissioning support.
9. Maintenance and continuous improvement of design and standard templates.

Your Profile

1. Engineering degree (university/university of applied sciences), state-certified technician (m/f/d) or completed technical training in the field of mechanical and plant engineering or comparable training.
2. Several years of professional experience in the design of mechanical components and systems as a technical draughtsman, designer or in a comparable position.
3. First professional experience in project management.
4. Required experience in the high temperature range.
5. Sound knowledge of 2D/3D design with CAD software AutoCAD and Inventor.
6. Confident handling of Autodesk Vault.
7. Good knowledge of the application of technical standards and guidelines.
8. Analytical thinking and solution-orientated way of working.
9. Team and good communication skills.
10. Initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
11. Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally.
12. Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.

With our proprietary processes for incineration, steam generation and flue gas cleaning, we supply tailor-made partial plants for thermal waste and sewage sludge treatment.
