HR Specialist Recruiting & Employer BrandingTemporary for 2 years as a parental leave replacement

Your Tasks

• Conception and implementation of new, effective sourcing strategies and channels as well as analyzing and building networks
• Identification and active, target group-oriented approach of potential candidates via various recruitment channels (e.g. social media, active sourcing, job exchanges, etc.)
• Advising the specialist departments on all recruitment-related issues
• Organizing and supporting the entire application process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees
• Contributing to the design and further development of an employer brand
• Taking on projects in the areas of recruiting, employer branding (including the interface to marketing), as well as employee satisfaction and retention

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree in the humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable training
• Initial practical experience in recruiting and employer branding
• Practical experience in active sourcing
• High affinity for social media and building networks
• Confident handling of all common MS Office applications
• High level of communication skills, as well as an open and winning personality
• Empathy & authenticity
• Ability to make judgements
• Proactivity
• Organisational skills
