What You’ll Do:
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth department operations, including organizing and managing digital documents.
- Inventory & Office Management: Maintain stock accuracy and ensure the office environment is well-organized, efficient, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Team Communication: Foster clear and effective communication across all levels of the team, ensuring collaboration and support for departmental goals.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Take on additional assignments and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior working experience as an Admin Assistant/Clerk
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks
- Fluent in German and English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €30,000.00 – €45,000.00 per year
