Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives based on dormakaba’s global employer branding strategy to increase our employer brand awareness, ensure a positive and consistent employer brand image across various channels, and attract top talent to the organization.
- Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, videos, and other multimedia, to showcase the company culture.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create compelling promotional materials.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify dormakaba’s presence and engage with potential candidates.
- Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry associations, to strengthen the employer brand.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with HR goals and objectives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate expectations to optimize recruitment marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment marketing.
An experience that matters: your skills
- Min. 3 years of professional experience and expertise in the field of human resources and/or communication.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English with strong negotiation skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Confident demeanor and effective communication with executives, employees, and employee representatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a responsible and meticulous work approach. Team player.
