Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and continually improve global mobility policies for international assignments, transfers, and cross-border employment
- Serve as the primary contact for HR and business stakeholders on international employment and mobility matters
- Coordinate end-to-end mobility cases while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance
- Oversee external mobility vendors to guarantee high-quality immigration, relocation, tax and related services
- Provide guidance and training on mobility policies, processes and compliance requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes in international employment and implement necessary updates
- Collaborate with HR, Rewards, Legal, Finance and business leaders on mobility initiatives
- Analyze mobility programs to identify efficiency gains and enhanced employee experience
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Human Resources
- 10+ years in International HR and/or Rewards in a multinational environment
- 3–5 years hands-on Global Mobility experience
- Experience managing international assignments, relocations, immigration and mobility programs
- Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, including tax equalization, localization and international hiring
- Policy design and mobility program administration, vendor management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills across cultures
- Customer-focused, analytical, solution-oriented mindset with business acumen and project management
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
- Business fluency in English and solid German communication skills
