Requirements
Solid experience with Java and/or Kotlin
Experience working with Spring Boot and modern backend architectures
Understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with REST APIs and event-driven systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of thinking
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Fluency in English and German
What you will do
Develop and maintain backend services using Java/Kotlin
Design and implement scalable and secure microservices
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical improvements
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
Work on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Continuously optimize system performance and reliability
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and team discussions
