In this strategic role, you will build high‑level partnerships, advise senior leaders, and deliver integrated, value‑driven solutions that elevate guest experience, sustainability, and operational excellence across the luxury hotel segment.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Strategic Value Creation & Market Development
Drive sustainable growth in the Swiss luxury hospitality segment through
value-based selling
, focusing on outcomes rather than products
Translate customer challenges into
tailored, integrated Ecolab programs
combining service, innovation, digital solutions, and training
Expand Ecolab’s share of value within existing accounts and new strategic partnerships
Executive Relationship Management
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with
General Managers, Executive Committees, Owners, and Investment Groups
Position Ecolab as a strategic advisor for hygiene excellence, guest experience, food safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency
Lead strategic discussions at C-level, including contract frameworks, partnership models, and multi-site agreements
Solution & Program Leadership
Champion Ecolab’s

, integrating:
Best-in-class on‑site service and expertise
Innovative and sustainable solutions
Digitally enabled insights and monitoring tools
Standardized yet flexible hygiene programs
Training and capability‑building for customer teams

Industry Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
Actively manage and further develop Ecolab’s partnership with
EHL – École hôtelière de Lausanne
, strengthening collaboration in education, innovation, and thought leadership
Represent Ecolab at relevant luxury hospitality forums, industry events, and networking platforms in Switzerland
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with service, technical, marketing, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure
consistent value delivery and flawless execution
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support strategic development
Serve as a role model for Ecolab’s values, ethics, and customer‑centric mindset
Qualifications: Professional Background
Proven track record in
strategic account management or business development within Swiss luxury hospitality
Demonstrated success in
consultative, value-based selling models
Existing, well‑established
network within the Swiss luxury hospitality industry
, supported by documented sales and partnership successes
Skills & Competencies
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C-level
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear customer value
High level of autonomy combined with strong collaboration in a matrix organization
Language & Mobility Requirements
Fluent in French, English, and German
(spoken and written)
Valid Swiss work permit
(mandatory)
Valid Swiss driving license (passenger car)
and willingness to travel within Switzerland
