Job Summary As a Developer for B&R Product Configurators, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing product configurators that enable efficient and accurate quotation processes. Your work ensures seamless integration with enterprise systems like SAP and CRM, driving automation and scalability across our global business.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize product configurators within IQ, ensuring robust functionality and user‑friendly design.
Integrate IQ with enterprise systems to enable end‑to‑end process automation.
Manage the full configurator lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Serve as an internal IS consultant, aligning innovative solutions with business needs while collaborating with stakeholders, solution consultants, and partners to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Work model: onsite with 10 home office days a month.
Qualifications
Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (HTL, FH, University) or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in software engineering and IT, with established skills in designing and implementing robust solutions.
Interest and affinity for automation products and a drive to create user‑friendly configurators that simplify complex processes.
Team player and open‑minded person.
Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
