Internship in Process & Support Operations (12 months) Duration: 12 months for interns. Full time. The program is limited to EU/EFTA citizens.
Location: Greater Lucerne area; full‑time physical presence required at the site.
We are looking for a graduating student or master student seeking a challenging and fulfilling internship in an international biopharmaceutical environment.
Your Responsibilities
Support the local study team in operational management of multinational projects in Switzerland
Assist with administrative tasks
Data entry and maintenance of databases
Learn and follow GMP/EHS standards
Support weighing & dispensing/solution preparation or upstream/downstream operations under supervision, assist with sampling
Assist with documentation and collecting information for deviations or changes
Help with continuous improvement tasks and non‑GMP test runs
Support material handling and gain exposure to SAP
Qualifications
Student of Bachelor/Master’s degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related discipline
Well‑organised, structured and independent way of working
Commitment, motivation and creativity
Willingness to travel within Switzerland if required
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal German and English skills
Knowledge in GMP, EHS, SAP, and process & support operations is a plus
