Laboratory Technician in Physics (100%) , you will be supporting innovation engineers and will be involved in experimental design, data collection, and interpretation. You will also support the design, mounting, and operation of testing setups and quality control.

How you’ll make an impact
Support innovation engineers in projects for industrial water purification and water quality monitoring
Participate in experimental design, data collection, and interpretation
Assist in the design, mounting, and operation of testing setups
Perform physical measurements (electrical, mechanical, acoustics, etc.)
Support Quality Control activities
Maintain contact with international suppliers and customers
Prepare analytical reports
Qualifications
Laboratory Technician Degree (CFC) or equivalent in physics, or a bachelor’s degree in physical measurements with previous industrial experience
Senior level in MS Office tools
Previous experience in Quality Control is a plus
Self-driven personality, creative, and able to work under pressure
Hands‑on mentality with a sense of ownership and responsibility
Strong communication skills and team‑oriented working capability
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment
Willingness to travel internationally (occasionally; up to 10%)
Fluent in English; German and/or French is an added value
EU or Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
