Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) in our Manno or London office.
What You’ll Do: The Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) will support the implementation of the Legion Time & Attendance system for HR and Payroll teams across the Michael Kors EMEA region.
The role will focus on designing and delivering automated, secure, and compliant data flows between Legion and multiple payroll software platforms used by external payroll providers across 20 European countries, eliminating manual data manipulation and reducing payroll risk.
The role will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Retail Operations, IT, PMO, Legion, and external payroll vendors to ensure a scalable and future‑proof payroll integration model.
Legion T&A Implementation Support
Support the EMEA rollout of the Legion Time & Attendance system in close partnership with HR, Payroll, Retail Operations, IT, and PMO.
Act as a functional and integration subject‑matter expert for Legion payroll‑relevant data (time, attendance, absences, overtime, premiums).
Ensure local business needs and payroll requirements are accurately reflected in system configuration.
Ensure labor compliance in the system such as rest periods, maximum number of working hours, etc.
Payroll Integration & Automation
Own the end‑to‑end flow of data from Legion into all payroll systems used across EMEA.
Analyze and map Legion outputs to the input requirements of multiple payroll software solutions used by different providers.
Define and implement automation solutions (APIs, secure file integrations, standardized interfaces) to enable payroll processing without manual data manipulation.
Partner with IT, Legion, and payroll vendors to establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and exception handling frameworks.
Design controlled workaround solutions where full automation is not supported.
Multi‑Country & Multi‑Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between Michael Kors and external payroll providers on all matters related to Legion data integration.
Coordinate payroll integration testing, parallel payroll runs, and go‑live activities country by country, ensuring thorough validation and issue resolution.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks linked to payroll cutoffs and statutory deadlines.
Identify and mitigate risks related to multi‑country payroll integration, including vendor dependencies, data inconsistencies, and statutory compliance requirements.
Payroll Compliance & Local Requirements
Apply strong knowledge of European payroll rules, labor regulations, and local requirements to ensure accurate payroll data processing.
Ensure integration meets GDPR, data security, and audit requirements.
Document country‑specific differences, data rules, and payroll dependencies.
Governance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain detailed documentation of interfaces, data structures, data ownership assignments, validation rules, and country requirements.
Audit & compliance readiness
Identify opportunities to further simplify, standardize, and optimize payroll integrations across EMEA.

You’ll Need to Have: Professional Experience
Strong experience in Time & Attendance system implementations within the EMEA region, with good understanding of local payroll legislation and country‑specific statutory requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in payroll integration across multiple countries and payroll software platforms.
Hands‑on experience working with external payroll providers.
Background in:
Payroll & T&A vendors (e.g. UKG, Replicon, Legion, or similar), or
Consulting firms specializing in payroll, workforce management, or HR systems, or
In‑house payroll transformation roles in international organizations.
Technical & Functional Skills
Deep understanding of payroll‑relevant T&A data and payroll processing logic.
Strong knowledge of payroll interfaces, file structures, APIs, and secure data transfers.
Ability to translate payroll and HR requirements into integration specifications.
High attention to data accuracy, controls, and auditability.
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Ability to bridge HR, Payroll, IT, and Retail operations.
Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑country, matrix environment.
Education
Degree in Payroll, HR, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
