Dormont Manufacturing Co

bunch is building the backbone of private markets, combining exceptional expertise, operational excellence, and frictionless technology. The platform enables funds and private investors to set up and manage their investment entities seamlessly and securely.

To expand our core team, we’re looking for a passionate professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the Private Markets. We seek a strategic and hands‑on PMI Lead who will own and drive the integration of acquired fund administration businesses into our operating model.

How the role contributes to our vision

We automate the back-office of funds end-to-end and store their data in our system of records by building:

  • A database that stores all private market data points in one place
  • Tools to seamlessly fill this database
  • Processes and automation to provide Private Market actors with their desired outputs

We leverage AI features across the data input and output tools to deal with unstructured data. To scale our business even faster, we follow a growth buyout plan . This means we will build software to automate the funds’ back‑office operations, and instead of just using traditional go‑to‑market strategies (outbound enterprise sales), we also want to use M&A.

Why M&A

Traditionally, fund administration is a sticky business that is complex and difficult to change. There is a high need for trust and reputation and limited urgency to get new tools. M&A helps to solve these market characteristics by:

  • Buying customer contracts and client relationships
  • Growing decades of experience and logos to point to
  • Plan our growth by timing acquisitions

We plan to make a significant number of acquisitions in the next three years across different geographies (Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK, and RoW). We are currently in the final stages of finalizing the first acquisition of a Luxembourg‑based fund admin and are already in deep discussions regarding the next targets.

As you can imagine, there will be a significant effort in migrating the newly acquired targets, first operationally onto our infrastructure and then culturally into our company and teams. We are looking for an experienced leader in the fund administration space to lead the operations of our M&As across Europe, align our processes efficiently, and achieve significant margin improvements within 6–18 months after acquisition.

Top responsibilities

Unlike traditional M&A roles, this position strongly emphasizes operational transformation through automation . You will be central to aligning people, processes, and systems across our acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition to our proprietary software platform while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Integration Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute robust post-merger integration plans that focus on migrating core operational processes to our proprietary software platform.

M&A Collaboration:

  • Partner with deal teams early in acquisition to conduct integration feasibility assessments and contribute to due diligence insights.

Process Mapping & Standardisation:

  • Work closely with functional leads to map the current processes of acquired companies, identify gaps, and define standardized workflows compatible with automation.

Tech-Enabled Transformation:

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align integration milestones with software deployment and capability rollouts.

Change Management:

  • Manage stakeholder communications and cultural alignment to support the successful adoption of the new operating model within acquired teams.

Day-to-Day Project Management:

  • Lead integration work streams (e.g., operations, finance, compliance, HR), monitor progress, flag risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

KPI & Outcome Ownership:

  • Define and track integration success metrics, such as process migration rates, operational efficiency gains, EBIT margin improvements, and cultural alignment scores.

What you should bring with you

  • 5–10+ years of experience in post-merger integration, business transformation, or operations consulting
  • Experience in financial services or fund administration is a significant plus
  • Proven track record managing multi-functional integration programs across geographies
  • Strong experience in technology-driven operations and business process automation
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinker with structured problem‑solving skills and a bias for action
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, high-growth environments and eager to be hands‑on when needed
  • Excellent project management skills

Who you will be working with

  • Delivery Lead and Strategy Lead – our Co‑founder, Levent
  • Close Collaboration and Key Stakeholder: Head of Operations – Aylin
  • Other Stakeholders include our VP of Product, VP of Engineering, Head of Customer Success, and Head of M&A

Why you should join bunch

  • Join a network of people passionate about investment and work closely with the most interesting players in the private market.
  • Benefit from working with a diverse mix of talents, unrivaled energy, and team spirit within a culture of drive and ownership.
  • Flexible hours, hybrid office setup, and 28 days of vacation per year plus public holidays.
  • A competitive compensation package.
  • A great tech and work setup with everything you need.
