Private Assets Investment Controller (80-100%) In this role, you will contribute to the operational, financial, and analytical oversight of our Private Assets portfolios.
YOUR ROLE
Ensure the administrative follow-up of Private Assets investment funds and mandates
Collect, verify, and process subscription forms for new investments
Prepare and release capital call and distribution notices
Support the preparation of AUM and NNM reporting
Participate in the production of track records and performance analytics
Prepare the quarterly valuations of Private Assets investment funds
Support product launches from an operational perspectives
Participate in the preparation and issuance of client invoices
Contribute to IT system enhancements through user acceptance testing and validation
Coordinate with Fund Accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and data integrity
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for Private Assets Investment Managers
Support the preparation of updates for Senior Management and Boards
Perform accounting and controlling activities for Private Assets products and mandates
Support internal and external audit requests and provide active assistance to the team
Liaise with departments across the Group, LOIM, and the Private Bank (e.g., Finance, Operations)
YOUR PROFILE
Master’s degree, ideally in economics, finance, or a related discipline
3–5 years of experience in controlling within Private Assets
Strong command of English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of French
Excellent Excel skills; solid knowledge of eFront; exposure to Alteryx or Tableau is a plus
Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
