Wir suchen PSA‑Grades für unsere neue Niederlassung in Deutschland, um Sport‑, Nicht‑Sport‑ und TCG‑Karten zu authentifizieren und zu bewerten.
Ideal sind Kandidaten, die umfassendes Branchenwissen besitzen, ein Experte für PSA‑Authentifizierungs- und Bewertungsstandards sind und über ein Detail‑orientiertes Arbeitsumfeld verfügen.
Die Position ist eine unbefristete, Vollzeitstelle mit direktem Reporting an den Director of PSA Grading.
- What You’ll Do
- Serve as an expert of PSA’s card authentication and grading standards.
- Serve as an expert in PSA’s processing procedures and protocols.
- Authenticate and evaluate the condition of trading cards (sports, non‑sports, or TCG depending on PSA business needs) expediently while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain individual daily grading production goals.
- Improve knowledge and skill through active personal research and experience.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and news, especially concerning counterfeits and alteration methods in the market.
- Maintain quality of grading product.
- Share knowledge to help improve the skill of the PSA Grading Team.
- Engage in monthly meetings and re‑training sessions as needed to develop skills and hobby knowledge.
Who You Are
- Conversational proficiency in English (clear verbal and written communication).
- Must be authorized to work in Germany.
- Firsthand knowledge of trading cards, tickets, and other sports, non‑sports, and TCG collectibles.
- Expert in counterfeits and counterfeiting/card‑doctoring methods across all categories.
- Expert‑level understanding of the card grading system and standards.
- Strong research skills.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong organization skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity.
- Ability to work in a positive team environment.
- Detail oriented and can focus over long periods.
- Thrives in a high‑paced environment.
- 1–3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector.
- Salary Range
€50,000 – €55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation.
