What you’ll do
Lead and manage Journi’s Above the Line (ATL) acquisition strategy across a variety of channels, including online video, audio, TV, CTV, YouTube, and Out of Home.
Take full ownership of planning, managing, optimizing, and scaling ATL budgets, with a focus on new user growth.
Create campaigns that elevate brand awareness while driving measurable new user acquisition and revenue growth.
Work closely with external agencies and partners to guide the development of high-quality media strategies, execution, and performance reporting.
Develop and oversee a structured testing roadmap across different channels, formats, creatives, and markets.
Collaborate with the User Acquisition and Brand teams to align on campaign planning, media strategy, messaging, creative, and growth targets.
Your skillset
Several years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and media management, with expertise in TV, CTV, YouTube, and/or out-of-home media.
Proven experience setting up and executing media plans, making bookings, and measuring success.
Strong track record of managing large media budgets, with the ability to allocate spending based on impact rather than relying solely on channel benchmarks.
A network of contacts across channels, networks, and agencies, ready to hit the ground running with campaign planning.
Experience evaluating ATL performance using attribution, incrementality thinking, testing, and reporting techniques.
Familiarity with methods like MMM, lift studies, geo-testing, or other advanced measurement strategies.
Experience selecting and managing agencies and external partners.
A commercially-minded approach, with a strong sense of accountability and focus on outcomes.
A mix of analytical thinking and creative marketing instincts, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration with performance marketing, brand, and creative teams.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
