Are you passionate about shaping how services are designed and delivered in a dynamic technology environment? We’re looking for a Service Transition Manager to lead the coordination and governance of service design and transition activities—ensuring seamless delivery from concept to live operation.

This role sits within our Technology Services function , where you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT services that support the firm’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead end-to-end service transition for assigned projects.
  • Develop and improve service design frameworks and governance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Create and manage Service Design Packages, support models, and transition plans.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a people‑first, insight‑driven service culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in Service Management (ITIL Foundation minimum).
  • Proven ability to manage complex transitions and influence across teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for customer excellence.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow) and modern service management practices.
  • Commercial awareness and a calm, decisive approach under pressure.
