This role sits within our Technology Services function , where you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT services that support the firm’s strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead end-to-end service transition for assigned projects.
- Develop and improve service design frameworks and governance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Create and manage Service Design Packages, support models, and transition plans.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a people‑first, insight‑driven service culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in Service Management (ITIL Foundation minimum).
- Proven ability to manage complex transitions and influence across teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for customer excellence.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow) and modern service management practices.
- Commercial awareness and a calm, decisive approach under pressure.
