In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for upstream oil and gas roles, including geoscientists, engineers, field personnel, and other technical specialists. You will play a critical role in ensuring our workforce aligns with operational demands and project timelines, supporting the growth and success of our organization. What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and partnerships with universities and trade organizations. Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams, providing a positive candidate experience. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging skill demands in the upstream sector. Recruit potential candidates outside of Workrise using a variety of sources. Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of Workrise to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and project timelines for upstream positions. Collaborate with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates. What you should have: 3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on upstream roles.
