For our location in Stuttgart we are looking for you as Area Manager (f/m/d)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

Our Store Experience Team focuses on exceptional customer experiences and top-notch sales performance across our stores. As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing store performance by implementing strategic initiatives.

• Taking full responsibility for the revenue and performance of stores in your area
• Leading and developing a team of Store Managers with a focus on fostering their growth
• Implementing sales and service strategies to meet and exceed company objectives
• Collaborating closely with departments like Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless alignment with corporate goals
• Identifying expansion opportunities and supporting the search for new store locations
• Managing labor law tasks in close cooperation with the HR department

YOUR SKILLS

• Extensive experience as an Area Manager or in a comparable role
• Profound knowledge of retail sales strategies and best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to oversee your stores onsite
