TASKS WITH IMPACT
You are part of the Digital Retail Solutions team and thus partner for our international IT teams, business departments and suppliers. As a product expert, you are responsible for systems, applications, processes, and operational tasks within the scope of Store Operation Solutions: with these products, we support processes and tasks in our stores with the aim of simplifying the daily routine for our beauty experts on the sales floor.
- Project support, such as stakeholder management, conducting RFPs, or coordinating international rollouts
- Optimize solutions in terms of state-of-the-art technology and user journey
- Coordinate and support in daily business operations including assisting in finding solutions in support cases
- Capturing, conceptualizing and implementing new requirements as well as documentation – always keeping the overall architecture in mind
- Coordinate and conduct testing
- Create training materials and carry out training sessions
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Professional experience in a similar role in the retail sector
- Interest and enthusiasm for the retail business as well as a tech-savvy attitude
- Solution-oriented, organized, and independent way of working
- You are passionate about innovative technologies and willing to constantly develop yourself
- Ideally, knowledge of mobile Android devices or store operation tools for retail stores
- Strong stakeholder management skills and transparent communication
- Very good German and English language skills
