TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Contribute to the Douglas data strategy and define our data governance strategy.
- Develop and implement best practices and routines to improve data quality, integrity, and compliance across the company.
- Define and harmonize data governance standards; ensure integration into business processes and effective communication to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmental data governance initiatives with various departments.
- Support teams through coaching and training on data governance principles and practices.
- Monitor progress of data governance initiatives, track KPIs, and report on their effectiveness.
- Lead data governance projects, ensuring timely and aligned implementation with strategic goals.
YOUR SKILLS
- A degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Several years of experience in data governance or data management, with success in implementing frameworks and best practices.
- Deep understanding of data governance principles, standards, and frameworks, with the ability to translate into strategies.
- Proficiency with data management tools and a keen interest in trends and innovations.
- Ability to operate effectively between business and data management to establish company-wide governance strategies.
