TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Establishment and oversight of group-wide capital markets compliance, e.g., reviewing internal capital market guidelines and maintaining documentation (insider lists, etc.)
- Fulfillment of disclosure and reporting obligations (Director’s Dealings, ad-hoc publications, voting rights)
- Providing advice to Group Finance, Group HR, Group IR, and Group Communications on all capital markets-related communications (clearing) and the preparation of reports (quarterly financial reports, remuneration reports, ESG, CSR, etc.)
- Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of Capital Markets Compliance (CapComm) meetings
- Introduction and further development of capital market governance, e.g., compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code
- Conducting regular training sessions on capital markets law
- Supporting the preparation of the annual general meeting(s) of Douglas AG and corporate legal matters
- Managing external lawyers and law firms
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed studies within the EU in business law or law with a focus on capital markets law
- Several years of professional experience in an international company or in an internationally operating law firm in the field of capital markets law and capital market regulation
- Open-minded and committed personality who thrives in a diverse, collegial team environment
- Independent working style combined with a solution-oriented approach
- High level of planning and organizational skills in an agile company and fast-paced industry
- Extensive experience in stakeholder and C-level management
- Fluent in German (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
