For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

As part of our project management team in the center of excellence, you’ll drive the rollout to unify e-commerce across 22 countries in Europe, ensuring consistent processes and customer data. With several countries already on the new platform, you’ll help lead the remaining migration over the next three years. Your role will focus on coordinating workstreams and aligning country teams with the product team to ensure smooth transitions. We’re seeking a project manager like you to tackle this complex, transformative challenge. Your detailed task will be:

• Planning and initiating projects, including stakeholder identification, project scope, objectives, and deliverables definition
• Managing and monitoring project scope, assessing change requests and evaluating their impact on projects
• Building and leading cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the project, and developing risk mitigations and contingency plans
• Preparing regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods or services
• Developing, coordinating, and executing user acceptance testing, and training local teams on rolled-out features and functionalities

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, E-commerce, or related disciplines)
• Few years of professional experience, ideally in E-commerce or/and Project Management
• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, data, and project requirements to make sound decisions
• Proven project management skills, with experience in driving projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Excellent clarity in thinking and communication, able to convey ideas and project updates concisely to stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on, implementer mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in English (required); German or/and knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus
