DOXA is a family-owned company in Biel / Bienne and is mainly known for its legendary orange dial diving watches. We are currently looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join our team. As our next International Sales Coordinator, you will join the Marketing & Sales team in our head office in Biel / Bienne, Switzerland. This is an opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated person who wants to work together in a team with a “we can do this” attitude to make things happen and have fun doing so. Your main goal will be to contribute to achieving our sales KPIs by ensuring order completion and a high customer satisfaction rate.
What You’ll Do
- Handling and following up on the sales portfolio by market
- Administrative handling of all the requests coming from the markets
- Ensuring that all orders are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Daily contacts with external and internal departments
- Sales analysis such as updating of dashboards and sales statistics
- Provide clear information to the management
- Participation and coordination of projects related to watch fairs
- Protocoling during sales and marketing sessions
- Support in Marketing administration
What You Bring
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented work
- Initiative, rigorous, organized, flexible and autonomous
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- ProConcept knowledge is an advantage, but an excellent understanding of ERP systems is necessary
- Skilled in MS Office programs
- Graduated as a commercial employee
- Fluent in business English, French or German is your mother tongue and you have a good knowledge of the other language
