(Senior) IT Consultant To strengthen our Professional Services team in Vienna or remotely, we are looking for a (Senior) IT Consultant to help our clients excel at using Doxee products by designing end-to-end solutions, implementing them on our product stack, and connecting the client’s in‑and output systems.
Doxee is a pioneer in the field of document composition and customer communication management. Our SaaS and on‑premise software products are based on state‑of‑the‑art technologies and are currently setting the standards on the market in this rapidly growing area.
Your responsibilities
Analysis of customer requirements, solution design and implementation of “end-to-end” solutions in the area of Customer Communication / Document Composition / Output Management
Independent realization of requirements, e.g. in the form of templates, processes or API connections with Doxee products and tools
Project assignments partly on‑site with our customers
Communication with customers
Remote support for customer inquiries
Qualifications
Well‑founded completed IT education (HTL, FH, university) or relevant professional experience in the technical environment of enterprise applications and their solution architecture
Experience with various software solutions and IT architectures
Very good knowledge of XML and web technologies (HTML, XML, XSLT, XSL‑FO, XPath)
Knowledge of other technologies (JavaScript, web services, databases)
Knowledge of OMS and document composition systems is an advantage
Experience with web servers/containers, ideally Tomcat is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Other languages an advantage (especially Italian)
High level of commitment, personal responsibility and active communication
Analytical and logical thinking skills
Willingness to travel
