ph3Senior Manager, Regional Process Excellence Innovation Freight Forwarding (f/m/d) /h3 pPosted: /p pJob reference: 78d3130f cd7437ea200da1bed /p h3Job Information /h3 pLocation: TN Switzerland – Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the identification, design, and delivery of process improvement initiatives across Freight Europe /li liDrive the regional deployment of automation and digitalisation projects in coordination with the global Ops Excellence, Data, and IT teams /li liSupport the definition, rollout, and monitoring of standard operating procedures, process KPIs, and performance frameworks /li liCollaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics teams to create visibility tools and dashboards /li liManage multiple cross‑functional improvement and transformation projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes /li liAct as a key interface between Operations, IT, Data, and other functional teams /li liFacilitate workshops, training, and communication sessions to ensure effective change adoption and process ownership at the regional and local level /li liProvide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing on process improvement tools, continuous improvement culture, and innovation practices to local and cluster teams /li liPartner with regional QA and governance functions to ensure operational readiness for audits, certifications, and customer requirements related to process performance /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or a related degree in Process/Operational Excellence /li liMinimum 7–10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain or Logistics Operations, including at least 3 years in a process improvement or transformation role /li liProven track record in leading process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives within an international, multi‑site organisation /li liExperience working in cross‑functional, multicultural environments and managing complex stakeholder networks /li liDemonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable projects and deliver measurable operational results /li liFamiliarity with freight systems, TMS/ERP environments, and automation or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) /li liSkilled at influencing teams, facilitating workshops, and embedding new ways of working through structured change approaches /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages (German, Dutch, or French) are an advantage /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pDP World offers a market‑competitive compensation package and exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization. /p h3About DP World /h3 pDP World is a global trade organisation with over 120,000 employees across 75 countries.
