The Opportunity – GROW Europe Graduate Development Programme (GDP)

As a participant in our GROW Europe GDP, you will have the opportunity to work on real world projects, developing functional skills whilst gaining experience working across different business units. Our GDP also provides more formal learning opportunities designed to develop skills and knowledge that will enhance your future placements and career.

The Person

We are looking for innovators and trailblazers seeking to challenge themselves. You will relish the chance to work independently and will be keen to learn and adapt to new situations and departments.

If you have graduated in the last three years with either an undergraduate or Masters degree from a European university, then we would like to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a full driver’s license and an unlimited right to work in Germany.

Please note this vacancy is only open to candidates who have unlimited right to work in Germany and are currently resident in Germany. We will open up the Europe-wide recruitment window in early January.

Within the engineering stream, we are looking for a degree in a STEM subject, ideally within a non-chemical engineering, maths or related discipline.

If you are interested in our finance stream, you must have a maths-related qualification at A Level or equivalent.

You do not need to specify which stream you are interested in at this stage. As part of the application process, you will be requested to select three streams you are interested in pursuing. During the assessment process, we will discuss with you further your preferences, and where we consider you to be a good fit. Due to the popularity of some of the streams, you may not necessarily be interviewed for your first choice, but we will endeavour to accommodate at least one of your choices.
